Admittedly, Japan is less alarming because she'd definitely be the strongest person there and the only person with an aura and there wouldn't be giant monsters there like Prisma has sometimes.
But they probably don't have monsters in a theme park, and Emerald has her semblance still, so if anything happens she can at least have that advantage... ]
