[ Akashi stays quiet as they walk, and he pulls Emerald closer once they're out in the grassy area by the entrance. It's colder now, so they'll have to hurry home soon and shower and get dressed if they want to avoid getting sick. He'll have Emerald get a shower first. He'll prepare coffee while waiting.
They agreed to both go back, so he doesn't make any detours to go elsewhere. The trip to the Solemn Grounds isn't that long, what with the teleporters between one area to another easily accessible. For two people trying to get dry, though, it's still a pretty long walk.
He'll take Emerald back to Mayuzumi's if she wants, but if she doesn't say anything, he'll lead the way to his apartment instead. ]
[ Emerald, on the other hand, has gotten it into her head that Japanese people will die if they get wet and don't dry off for too long. Having survived storms without a roof over her head and not getting sick because of it, she's pretty sure that Akashi needs to shower and dry off first.
It's why she takes his hand and runs most of the way, not leaving much room for conversation, though taking his lead on direction-- she's fine going to Akashi's place or Mayuzumi's. They're both her home, as far as she's concerned, even if she lives with Mayuzumi. Akashi has to live with Yukimaru or else she would've asked they all live together. ]

[ He closes the door and immediately turns the heater in his apartment on. They're about half-dry now what with all the running, so when they step on his floor, it isn't wet. Akashi doesn't have to clean the floor right away after this.
He really doesn't want Emerald to get sick, though, but she seems adamant about him going first. Well.. it's not like they've never seen each other naked before, so he'll grab her hand and take her to the bathroom so they can shower together. ]

He opens the glass door and steps in. There's a bathtub on the side, but he's not interested in taking a bath right now. Once there's hot water already, he pokes his head out to ask Emerald to come in already. ]

Fine, but once we're done, you should definitely cuddle me in front of the heater just to make sure I don't catch a cold then.

[ In fact, he wraps his arms around her waist now before giving her a kiss on the cheek. But after that, he grabs the shampoo bottle that's in front of her. Did he just touch her so he can get the bottle... maybe... ]
[ She doesn't know what, but something!! Like cook him dinner maybe or like, cartwheels. She doesn't know. She reaches up to feel her scalp. She doesn't really want to wash her hair today, but she also doesn't know what was in that water.. better safe than sorry. ]
I guess I'll wash it in case that stuff was radioactive...
[ Though if he wants to wash it she'll let him. But for now she's just kind of standing in front of him being an obstruction and warming up. ]

If Emerald doesn't clean herself, Akashi's going to take the lead and shampoo her and massage her scalp and everything else. He'll also hand her a loofah and body wash (it smells like apples!) so she can clean the rest of her body while he shampoos his own hair, too. ]
[ He will at her signal, then! He needs to get clean himself, anyway, so he'll leave her to her own devices. He's not in the mood for anything, it's true. He just wants to take care of her and be quiet, maybe have the TV on in the background while they just lay down and stare at the ceiling... Maybe talk about existence a little.
He gets out once he's clean enough and... if Emerald gives him the space right under the shower head for a bit so he can rinse off. He'll need to get a towel for Emerald, which he has in the cupboard. So with the one towel he has, he dries his hair and then wraps it around his waist before getting a fresh and clean one for Emerald. ]
[ Emerald takes a little longer in the shower. She likes long showers and at some point while he was off getting a towel, she sat down with her legs folded to just quietly drown in the water.
Okay, not drown, but it's raining all over her when he comes back in. Once she sees he's back with a towel though, she stands up and turns the water off, squeezing out her hair before she even steps out of the shower so it doesn't drip all over the floor. ]
[ If she's not dripping wet from her hair anymore, he removes the towel from her head and hands it to her so she can dry the rest of her body. Meanwhile, he's going to pick up pieces of her clothing all over the floor. ]
He doesn't even bat an eyelash with what she does, but instead moves past the bed to his closet to grab a pair of lounge pants and a shirt. It's comfortable, it's rainbow, and most importantly, it does not show her tiddies. No underwear for her for now...
And instead of giving the clothes to her, though, he places them on Emerald's side of the bed before he heads back to dress up. ]
[ He says it softly like it's a secret he's been keeping for some time now. He's not into sweets, but he does enjoy hot chocolate from time to time. It's a comfort drink of sorts. ]
I'll prepare it, then. Please get some rest.
