[ Defense is definitely going to be a little bit harder. She throws the ball to him though, trusting him that he isn't just going to fuck with her about the rules. The best solution is to use her semblance to pull off something Kuroko would do. She may not lack presence, but she can use her semblance to literally hide her image.
She's got to wait for him to pass her first though which won't be that hard, her ability to block someone running in canon involves throwing herself and missing.
