I don't think he means I can't practice, I think it's more like there aren't exactly giant lizard monsters that are going to come out of the ocean and attack japan so while i'll obviously stay in shape and prepared, i don't need to go putting myself purposely in danger that makes sense to me
idk its some character chihiro likes with green hair and cat ears her main outfit is like booty shorts and thigh highs so i'm going to get one of the special event ones because I don't think her shorts can handle my hips without it turning into a thong
